It's been forever since I've posted anything here, and I think I really need to.
I've grown lazy in writing what I eat down and I need to get back on top of it. I have spent alot of time spinning my wheels with weight loss it's time for me to make a real change.
Breakfast: None - Asleep

Dinner: 3 oz Hamburger (127)
1 Slice Cheese ( 70)
16 oz Sweet Tea( 96)
Today's Total: 293 Calories
I know this doesn't seem like much, but I really have to kick it up for the last week of the Biggest Loser challenge. I want to be out of the 360's by the end of this challenge.
