Today Is A New One

I've been doing alot of soul searching the past two days. Most of you saw my video breakdown, and have been so very supportive.

I've decided that today is a new day and failure is NOT an option.

Tomorrow starts the five day pouch test again and I will finish it correctly this time.

Food has had a hold on me that I can't seem to break, it's time for me to say goodbye to my old friend that I found in food and get out there and make some real friends. This part of my life is over. I refuse to be angry about what I eat, if I make a mistake it's just that a mistake.

After hearing many people tell me to, I've also decided to go to once a week weigh ins they will be on Wednesdays beginning Wednesday May 20th. The things that relate to my weight have consumed me. My life is more then a number on a scale.

My life is beginning now, and it can only get better!

So I weighed this morning and I gained again, this tends to happen every Monday, why I don't know. It was probably that stupid Steak n Shake.

I started the 5 day pouch test today.

I'll go ahead and put my food today...

Breakfast:
EAS Protein Shake (110)

2.5 Scoops Unflavored Protein (175)
SF Chocolate Syrup (10)
2 Cups Milk (180)
1 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter (95) = 460 /
230 per shake / 29 g protein per shake.
Only had one shake!

Wow that's alot of calories from protein... I hope this works.

Then I got up, got cleaned up and dressed for church.

I need to lose as much as possible in the next three weeks before my next appt with my surgeon. I am doing my best to impress him and I need to keep that going.

Since Surgery: -62.8

I gained back .4 lbs.

I'm so friggin tired of gaining and losing this weight.
I want to wake up and be in the 430's tomorrow.
I'm going to start the pouch test on Monday because I have to do something.

I'm so tired of this, if you read this and have brilliant ideas to help me lose I will so greatly appreciate that!
