Hey everybody!

Long time no see... usually that means that I have fallen back into my bad habits, not this time though, current weight is 303.8, my official starting weight, I got my medical records to get the actual number was 682 lbs, so that means that I have officially lost 379 lbs. I still have a ways to go to get where I want to be. I think I looked best and healthiest around 250 lbs, I am 6'4 when I was sick from the lap band and dropped down to 215 lbs I looked sick IMHO, so I am making my goal 250 lbs, its realistic and something I can stick to.

So how to get to that goal? Back to basics:

Don't eat anything white.
Exercise.
Don't drink when you eat.
Protein first.

Some simple tools to get me where I'm going... I indulged and bought myself some Tupperware that measures the food for you, I know that is lazy, but for me to stay on track I need a tool to help me measure my foods.
