Change of Plans...

So I've decided to change the direction of my diet... I'm switching to an Atkin's style diet, staying in induction phase until I start my liquid diet.

Thanks for reading!

Hi Again...

It's been a few days again, just thought I would pop in and make a post.

For breakfast today I had:

2 atkins pancakes
1 Tbsp. Sugar-Free Syrup
1/2 C. Grapes

It was quite good and a variation of what I normally have.

See you all soon!

Update

Wow...

I'm really not good at keeping this updated, I don't know that anyone is reading it anyway.

Still plugging along, another boring weekend.

Posted a text video instruction vid on my channel: www.youtube.com/2thousandand9

Go check it out if you have time!

Take care of yourselves!

Um... kind of cheating.

Well I didn't technically go over my caloric requirements but I did have chicken on a day that I am not supposed to eat protein :( but what can ya do.

I saw the doctor today and found out I'm going to have to have ankle surgery again after my lap band is done, we'll see how that goes.

All to post for today, thought I should note my cheating, lol.

Hope everyone is doing well!

First Day Of Blogging

So, I thought along with vlogging I would blog also, this blog will most often be about my upcoming wls. I am just getting over the flu, and lost fourteen pounds in two days... ick. What a way to lose the weight huh?

I lost fourteen pounds before that so I am down a total of 28 lbs pre-op.

I am following the Rice Diet, which is a low-calorie diet with low-fat choices as well. I will be on this until February 19th, when I start my pre-op liquid diet.

I am going to try and post my food intake on here, but won't promise, because I'm just not that good at keeping things like this updated. I am using a food diary to track my calories.

Be sure to check out my youtube vids at www.youtube.com/2thousandand9

Best of luck to everyone on this journey!
