End Of April...

It's the last day of the month, a good time to reflect on the progress of this month...

Start Weight: 522
Surgery Weight: 505
Current Weight: 441.8
Loss Since Surgery: -63.2
Total Loss: -80.2
Loss In April -15.6 (That's Not Much)

Today's Food:
Breakfast: Slept Thru (0)
Lunch : 1/2 Cup Tuna (170)
8 French Fries (40)
Dinner : Apple Berry Granola Cup (150)
Dessert For One, Chocolate Ice Cream (100)
Total : 460 Calories

I tried to eat a few bites of fried chicken at lunch time, my aunt brought over I vomited them all over the place, so I didn't count them in my calories. I will NEVER try that again.

I've only lost 15 lbs this month, that's not much at all =(

It's time to kick my butt into high gear... I have surgery on May 25th for my ankle and then in six weeks I'll start therapy for my ankle which is also geared toward weight loss.

I hope that this surgery works it makes number seven on this foot.

My life is still kind of a mess stress takes it's toll on my weight loss.

Lunch: Wendy's Hamburgery With No Bun (395) Again didn't think about calories before eating.
Wendy's French Fries - 8 of them (40)
Dinner: Pork Chops (180)
Total = 615

That's all for today.

I made a mistake about the hamburger, but it made me feel normal that I could have fast food and still get a good amount of protein, while not going to far over my daily calories.

I've lost 2.2 lbs and have almost got that 5 lbs from earlier this week off.

It's 1:37 am, and I'm awake like always...

I'm always wanting to binge at this time of night for whatever reason.

I am not going to though.

I am full, I had almost a whole pork chop tonite on the grill and it was soooo good, I felt so satisfied and normal.

Just wanted to type in for a minute.

Life is a mess right now.

She really is doing so great.

Total: 522.5 (This is the number I like to stay around)

Tonight is The Biggest Loser... my fav show!

April 27th, 2009

Today is another day... A bad day but another day...

Todays Weight: 447 ZOMG!!! That's a gain of FIVE LBS.

WTH?

I don't understand this, it seems to happen to me every time I'm on a roll with weight loss. I'm disgusted with myself, and I'm feeling like slipping back into my old methods of fast weight loss, but that's just stupid.

Today is a new day, and hopefully tommorrow will be a better day on the scale:

Breakfast:
1 Strawberry Protein Shake (110)
Lunch:
Apple, Berry, Granola (150)
Dinner:
2 String Cheese (140)
1 Sugar Free Ice Cream (100)
Drinks:
1 Cup Pomegranate-Acai Berry Juice (90)
1 Diet Cranberry (10)
Water (0)

Total: 600 Calories (More Then I Wanted To Eat)

It has been a bad day, real life stuff is totally affecting my weight loss, people keep telling me they can see I'm losing weight but the scale has been stuck forever, I've lost a total of ten inches in my waist, one inch in the past two days will the scale has been going up which I don't understand, it makes me want to scream!

Making a new habit...

Have you ever heard that saying that it takes 28 days to create a new habit? Or maybe it's 31 days? Anyway like a month I think.

My new habit I'm gonna try to do is blog in here daily and post what I eat. I think it will be useful in the long run to see what foods I ate on what days and how they relate to my weight.

I'll also be posting my daily weight, I know that some people frown on weighing daily but it's something that I have to do right now for myself.

I've spent alot of time in my life concentrating on family, friends, and work now is the time for me to concentrate on me, getting healthy, losing weight and attaining all of my goals.

So here's the start this will be posting on 4-26 but it's actually 4-25's info...

Start Weight: 522
Surgery Weight: 505

Breakfast:
1 Tbsp Reduced Calorie Peanut Butter (90)
1 Slice Reduced Fat American Cheese (70) = 160

Lunch:
5 Turkey Pepperoni (20)
1 Slice Reduced Fat Provolone Cheese (70)
1 100 Calorie Yogurt (Cheesecake) It's to die for! (100) = 190

Dinner:
15 Turkey Pepperoni (60)
1 Glass of Skim Milk (1 hour later) (75) = 135
Total = 485

That's it for today pretty good amount of food in.

I think that this well help me stay focused and on task.

51 lbs down... 46 days... woot

Sorry I've been away, ups and downs have been on a roller coaster but back on the losing side.

Down 51 lbs since surgery... 73 lbs since the first of the year.

Anyway that's all for today, hope to get my first fill tomorrow.

Just Blogging In...

So it's been a while since I've blogged thought I would take a few moments now.

Nothing new going on I'm now at -47.2 weight is coming off slowly but surely today is my one month anniversary since surgery, I wish I would have hit the fifty pound mark but life happens, and I made a mistake or two with calorie counting on a couple different days, I need to make sure that I pay very close attn to labels on drinks, it's just a mistake and I'm moving on.

I hope to be down fifty by Thursday and that will be five weeks, averaging ten pounds a week.

I think that's a pretty good streak to be on considering I'm not supposed to be able lose gastric bypass kind of numbers (hehe) I go to the doctor for my first follow up visit and possible fill since surgery, keep your fingers crossed.
