Hey everybody!

Long time no see... usually that means that I have fallen back into my bad habits, not this time though, current weight is 303.8, my official starting weight, I got my medical records to get the actual number was 682 lbs, so that means that I have officially lost 379 lbs. I still have a ways to go to get where I want to be. I think I looked best and healthiest around 250 lbs, I am 6'4 when I was sick from the lap band and dropped down to 215 lbs I looked sick IMHO, so I am making my goal 250 lbs, its realistic and something I can stick to.

So how to get to that goal? Back to basics:

Don't eat anything white.
Exercise.
Don't drink when you eat.
Protein first.

Some simple tools to get me where I'm going... I indulged and bought myself some Tupperware that measures the food for you, I know that is lazy, but for me to stay on track I need a tool to help me measure my foods.

I hope everyone is staying on track! You can do this, just take one day at a time, if that is to much to handle take one bite at a time, it works... Have a great week!

Hi Everybody!

It's been a while since I made a real blog post, but I really need to get back on track, and I'm gonna use all of your eyes and ears to do just that...

What's going on with me?

I had reconstructive ankle surgery on May 26th, 2017 to repair the failed fusion that I had done last summer. I am still in a walking boot, and I am having a ton of pain, I can't stand up for long, without feeling like I am going to die.

I am also having issues with my knees, I had a mri done on the left knee last year, I am having one done on the right knee on Monday. Doctor is fairly sure I need knee replacement but says I am too young to get them. He wants the mri of my right knee because it keeps locking and twisting inside causing a tremendous amount of pain, so after I get out of this boot, I will most likely be having knee surgery to clean up the horrible arthritis as well as the torn meniscus if there is one, he said that is what my symptoms sound like most.

Starting Weight: 680
Current Weight: 317

What I ate today:

Breakfast: Turkey Dog Wrapped in a Flour Tortilla with a slice of cheese
Lunch: 1/4 of Jack's Pepperoni Pizza
Dinner (Tentatively): A large salad with fat free raspberry vinaigrette and a tortilla
Snacks: Quaker Oats Granola Bar
              1/2 Bag Microwave Popcorn
Beverages: 2 Diet Sodas
                   6 Bottles of Water

Exercise Today: None

I hope that everyone is having a great Friday, I am thinking about starting some creative journaling on this blog, hopefully that doesn't bother anyone, I have a few story ideas, and I think it would be fun to post them here.

Back at it again...

I haven't been blogging here in a long time, I felt like I knew what I needed to eat... just a matter of follow through. Well after losing 320 lbs and getting ready for a panniculectomy I realize that I must start counting calories and tracking my activities.

Today is day one of this journey. It's three weeks till surgery and I am so excited to get on with this part of my life!

So here goes!

Day One:

Breakfast: 0 - Slept through it.

Lunch: Chicken Fajitas - 346
Sour Cream - 60
2 Tbsp Cheese - 25
Total - 431

Master Cleanse - Day One

Hiya,

It's been a very long time since I've blogged, but it seems like I should start again.

Today was the beginning of my fourteen day journey with the master cleanse. I have to say that my stomach is pretty turned, but maybe that's how it works in the long run. Alot of people think I'm crazy for doing this cleanse... but in the end all that matters is the number on the scale.

Today:

8 Cups Master Cleanse Mix = 400
100 Ounces Water = O
Total Calories = 400

I'll be making daily vids to go along with this journey, so I'll attach them below as they are created.
