Damn Daniel... Back at it again with the Bad Habits...

So its been a loooooooooooooong time since I have posted anything, and I am uploading my youtube videos, so I thought it was time to update here and start writing again. 

So here goes... 

Breakfast: Bacon, egg, and cheese bagel - 320 Calories

Lunch: Okie Dokie Puffed Corn - 1 cup - 100 calories... 

I'll post what I eat for dinner later or tomorrow, just wanted something up and going here again.
