Tuesday May 19th, 2009 - Very Bad Day
Breakfast:
Yogurt (100)
Protein Bar (210)
Lunch & Dinner:
Taco Salad
(Taco Meat, Lettuce, Fat-Free Cheese, Low-Fat Sour Cream, 5 quaker tortillaz chips, tomatoes) No idea how many calories, tasted so good that I didn't care.
I would estimate todays calories at around 1500.
