Hi There Old Friends

Ok,

I owe everyone who reads this a big apology, since I've had surgery I have failed at tracking my food. I feel like I'm gaining weight, I can't bear weight on my ankle so I have no idea what my weight is at this point.

Sunday June, 21st Food:
Breakfast:
Apple (60)
Peanut Butter(90)
Lunch:
None
Dinner:
1 Tbsp Ham Salad (90)
1 oz Cheese (70)
3 Crackers (30)

Total: 340

June 22-23rd No Tracking.

June 24th - I binged until I purged this day.
Breakfast:
1/2 protein bar (165)
1 ounce cheese (70)
Lunch:
None - Slept Through
Dinner:
1 Supreme Protein Bar (330)
Guacamole Rice Tortillaz (270)
3 Sugar Free Cookies (197)
16 ounces milk (260)
5 Rice Cakes (100)
- This is the point where I puked-
My stomach hurt and I sipped water the rest of the evening.

Still on the situp program, getting ready to do them now.
