I hate Mondays... juss sayin!
So I weighed this morning and I gained again, this tends to happen every Monday, why I don't know. It was probably that stupid Steak n Shake.
I started the 5 day pouch test today.
I'll go ahead and put my food today...
Breakfast:
EAS Protein Shake (110)
Lunch:
2.5 Scoops Unflavored Protein (175)
SF Chocolate Syrup (10)
2 Cups Milk (180)
1 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter (95) = 460 /
230 per shake / 29 g protein per shake.
Only had one shake!
1/2 cup grape juice (55)
Dinner:
Cream of Brocolli soup (90)
Total: 485
Wow that's alot of calories from protein... I hope this works.
