Saturday... wth was I thinking?

Starting Weight: 522
Surgery Weight : 505
Today's Weight : 439.4

Breakfast: Slept Through
Lunch : Slept Through
Dinner : Apples
Peanut Butter
Cottage Cheese
Wheat Thins
Protein Shake
1 Small Piece Brownie
2 Slices Bread
2 Slices Cheese
4 Crackers
More Wheat Thins

This eating went on for about six hours.

I don't know what the heck is wrong with me, I'm ticked at myself.

Why can't I control this?

I'm so tired of this.

Hangs head in shame...
