2 Bbq Riblets (440) - Huge Mistake Didn't Read Calories Before I Ate.

Dinner:
South Beach Diet Quesadilla (No Tortilla) (120)
Apple Juice (1 hr after meal) (110)
Total = 780

Weight: 442 - Ick!
