Committing to posting daily with pictures, words or whatever is going to pay off. In the weeks, months or even years to come when the down times come you will be able to look back and have proof that you were able to make things happen. Sometimes it is easy to get focused on how far we have to go and get frustrated and forget to focus on how far we have come and be proud.
